GUN MEN ATTACK Registrar, OLUFUNKE

 – Olufunke Omotuyi, the acting Registrar, Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) has been killed

– Gunmen suspected to be hired assassins reportedly killed her in her office in Abuja

-Investigations into the murder is still ongoing

The suspected gunmen attacked Mrs Omotuyi in the morning hours of Wednesday, June 8 in Abuja

Unknown gunmen suspected to be hired assassins have killed Olufunke Omotuyi, the acting Registrar, Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) gathered that the incident took place at about 4am  at her Apo residence in Abuja

The late Mrs. Omotuyi was reported to be in her office till 8pm on Tuesday, June 7.

Premium Times reports that she was due for retirement from public service in July.

Details of how the attack were sketchy, when contacted, the police spokesman of the FCT Command, Anjuguri Manzah, told newsmen that he was yet be briefed on the incident.
