Now go to your Mobile settings and set your {ACCESS POINT} APN as Follows
APN SETTINGS

→ NAME : DON_PHEZTURZ

→ APN: web.gprs.mtningeria.net

→ APN TYPE: default

→ PROXY: 127.0.0.1

→ PORT: 8080

→ USERNAME : leave it blank

→ PASSWORD : Leave it blank

And save it as default
